(i) When data is uploaded, the system does a check to determine if the specific information already exists in the database. Should
this be the case, the information is updated. If the Information does not exist, a new entry is created.
(ii) Should the user not adhere to the field rules above, the Import process will ignore the specific entry.
Golden Rule: DO NOT MAKE USE OF COMMAS IN ANY OF THE FIELDS THAT IS ENTERED.
