Classes per Grade
List of Classes for the whole school Grouped per Grade
Select the
Classes per Grade Report
by
Left Clicking
on the report
.
The
Report Parameters panel
will give an indication that the
Classes per Grade
report option was selected.
The
system default
for the report is
All
.
Left Click
on the
Generate
button (
) to generate a report for the
whole school
including
all classes
grouped per grade
.
The screen below will be displayed.
The
School Logo
and
School name
that were captured making use of the
School Information
Menu Item,
are displayed.
The report can now be
printed
by
Left Clicking
on the
Print
button.
The user also has the option to
save
the report by
Left Clicking
on the
Save/Download
button.

The report parameters can be changed from
All
to a
specific grade
.
Left Click
on the
Class list box
.
A
list
of all the
Grades
defined in the
system
is
displayed
.
The specific
Grade
is selected by
Left Clicking
on the
Grade
in the
list
.
For this example
Grade 7
was selected.
Left Click
on the
Generate
button (
).
The screen below will be displayed. The
only classes
that are included in the report are the classes associated with
Grade 7
.
The report can now be
printed
by
Left Clicking
on the
Print
button.
The user also has the option to
save
the report by
Left Clicking
on the
Save/Download
button.
