Delete Class

 

The Rooms in a specific Building can be Deleted.

 

A Room is Deleted by selecting the Expand button to the Left of the Room Code. When this is done the list of Rooms that have been Created for the Building will be Displayed.

 

 

 

The Class that must be Deleted is selected by Left Clicking on the Class in the list. The line in the list will turn Blue, indicating that this is the Active Class. For this example GR01B was selected.

 

 

 

To delete a Class from the list:

 

(i)     Select the relevant Class in the list by Left Clicking on the Grade.

(ii)     The line in the list will turn Blue, indicating that this is the Active Class.

(iii)     The Class can now be Deleted by Left Clicking on the Delete button ().

(iv)     The Confirmation screen below will then be displayed.

 

 

(v)     The Delete action can be Cancelled by Left Clicking on the Cancel button ().

(vii)     Should the user Left Click on the OK button (). The Class will be removed from the system.
