Select the Educator Availability Report by Left Clicking on the report.
The Report Parameters panel will indicate that the Educator Availability report option was selected.
There are no additional report options.
The report that is generated will contain a timetable showing 6 Randomly elected Educators that are available for substitution per period and day. This report serves as a substitution list and will generate a different substitution table each time it is generated.
Note: Save the report once one has been generated that is acceptable to all parties.
Left click on the Generate button (). The screen below is displayed.
The report can now be printed by Left Clicking on the Print button.
The user also has the option to save the report by Left Clicking on the Save/Download button.
