School Timetable
School Timetable
This report is used to print a timetable that contains the
general setup periods.
Breaks
Register
periods,
Test
periods,
Assembly
and
Early
Leave
etc. are examples of the
general setup periods
that were setup for the school.
To print the
School Timetable
, select the
School Timetable Report
by
Left Clicking
on the report
.
The
Report Parameters panel
will indicate that the
School Timetable Report
option was selected.
There are no additional report options.
The report that is generated, contains a
list
of
all General Timetable items
for example breaks, assembly etc. that were setup for the school.
Left click
on the
Generate
button (
).
The screen below will be displayed.
In this example below, the general setup for
Breaks
was generated.
The report can now be
printed
by
Left Clicking
on the
Print
button.
The user also has the option to
save
the report by
Left Clicking
on the
Save/Download
button.
