Subjects per Educator Allocation

Select the Subjects per Educator Allocation Report by Left Clicking on the report.

The Report Parameters panel will indicate that the Subjects per Educator Allocation report option was selected.

The system default for the report is All.

Left Click on the Generate button (

) to generate a Subject Allocations report for all the educators for the school.

The screen below will be displayed.

The report can now be printed by Left Clicking on the Print button.

The user also has the option to save the report by Left Clicking on the Save/Download button.

The report parameters can be changed from All to a specific Educator.

This is done by Left Clicking on the Educator list box. A list of all the educators that are available is displayed.

The specific educator is selected by Left Clicking on the Educator in the list.

For this example C. Baker was selected.

Left Click on the Generate button. The screen below will be displayed.

The Subject Allocations for C. Baker are displayed:

The report can now be printed by Left Clicking on the Print button.

The user also has the option to save the report by Left Clicking on the Save/Download button.
