The Class Group controls allow the user to group or ungroup Classes for a specific subject or subject group, that need to share the same time slots on the timetable.

Example:     Grouping Classes
 
(i)     Group the two Classes 7P and 7W.
 
 
(ii)     Select the first Class by first pressing and holding down the <CTRL> key, and then Left Clicking on the Class. As soon as this is done the selected Class color will           change to RED.
 
 
 
Note:     A Class can be un-selected by holding down the <CTRL> key, and then Left Clicking on the Class for a second time.
 
(iii)     While holding down the <CTRL> key, select the second Class in the group by Left Clicking on the second Class. As soon as this is done the selected
                     Class color will change to RED.
 
 
(iv)     Additional classes can be added to the group while holding down the <CTRL> key and Left Clicking on the classes.
 
(v)     Left Click on the Group Classes button to group the selected Classes.
 
 
 
 
 
 
(vi)     The grouped Classes will be marked by a class group “1”.
 
                 (vii)     Class group numbers start at 1 () and increase as the user configures additional class groups.

Un-Grouping of Classes

3. Un-Grouping of Classes
Example:     Un-Grouping Classes
 
(i)     Un-Group the two Classes 7P and 7W are currently Grouped - Group 1.
 
 
 
(ii)     Select the first Class by first pressing and holding down the <CTRL> key, and then Left Clicking on the Class. As soon as this is done the selected Class color will           change to RED.
 
 
 
Note:     A Class can be un-selected by holding down the <CTRL> key, and then Left Clicking on the Class for a second time.
 
(iii)     While holding down the <CTRL> key, select the second Class in the group by Left Clicking on the second Class in the group. As soon as this is done the
                     selected Class color will change to RED.
 
 
(iv)     Additional Classes can be added to the group while holding down the <CTRL> key and Left Clicking on the Class.
 
(v)     Left Click on the Un-Group Classes button Menu Option to un-group the selected Classes.
