Locking a Placed Subject Activity
Locking a Placed Subject Activity
The user can
lock placed Subject Activities
in positions.
Note
:
Locked activities
are
fixed
in
place
and
will not be repositioned
when the
Timetable is Generated.
Locking an Activity
into place is done as follows:
(i)
Select
the
Activity
that should be locked by
Right Clicking
on the
Activity
in the Timetable. The
popup menu below
will be
displayed
.
(ii)
Select
the
Lock
option by
Left Clicking
on it.
(iii) The system
indicates
that the
activity
is
Locked
in this
Time Slot
by
displaying
a
L
as part of the
activity description
.
Note
:
All Manually Placed Subject Activities
are
locked
into place by
default
.
