Removing Activities

1. Removing Activities
 
The user can remove both General and Subject activities.
 
Note: General Activities can only be removed on the view where they were originally placed, even though it might be visible on other views.
 
Example: A “Break” Activity that was originally placed in the School View is visible in all the Grade, Class, Educator and Room views, but can only
            be removed in the School View.
 
General Activities that were placed on a different view is indicated by displaying the View Name where it was originally placed.
 
For this example it can be seen that Assembly period was placed in the School View.
 
Should the user want to remove this general Assembly period it must be done in the School View.
 
 
Activities that were placed can be removed as follows:
 
(i)     Select the Activity to be removed by Left Clicking on the Activity in the Timetable.
(ii)     The Activity is removed by pressing by Right Clicking on the selected Activity and then selecting the “Delete” option in the popup menu.
 
(iii)     The Activity will no longer be displayed in the time slot.
