The Spread columnindicates the preferred time slot for the Subject or split entry.
The available options are Any, Early, Mid, and Late.
The timeslots used for Early, Mid, and Late is setup during timetable generation on the Timetable screen, and is configured on the School Information screen by adjusting the start and end periods of each on the Spread Allocation:
Note: Changing the Spread for a Subject, will automatically update the Spread value for the associated split entries of the selected Subject.
Spread can be changed by Selecting the Edit button() to the Left of the Subject Code.
When this is done the user will be able to change the Spread of the specific subject.
The Spread can be changed by changing the value in the period text box. This is done by Left Clicking on the List Box.
The user Saves the changes to the Spread by selecting the Save button ().
The user can Cancel the changes by selecting the Cancel button().
