This column indicates the Default Educator for a Subject.
This option allows the user to allocate a Default Educator for a Subject for all Classes
The Default Educatorper Subject can be changed by Selecting the Edit button() to the Left of the Subject Code.
When this is done the user will be able to change the Default Educator for the specific subject.
The Default Educator can be changed by changing the value in the Default Educator text box. This is done by Left Clicking on the List Box.
As can be seen the Educator Code as well as the Educator utilization is displayed in the List Box.
In the example below the Educator with code AW was selected as the default educator. As can be seen AW have been allocated to all periods for all classes.
The user Saves the changes to the Default Educator by selecting the Save button ().
The user can Cancel the changes by selecting the Cancel button().
