Edit / Change Individual Educator

This column indicates the Educator that has been allocated for a Subject.

This option allows the user to allocate different Educators for a Subject for the different Classes

The Educator per Subject can be changed by Selecting the Edit button (

) to the Left of the Subject Code.

When this is done the user will be able to allocate different Educators to different classes for the same subject.

The Educator can be changed by changing the value in the Educator text box. This is done by Left Clicking on the List Box.

As can be seen the Educator Code as well as the Educator utilization is displayed in the List Box.

In the example below the educator with code AW was selected as the educator for AFR2 Class 7P.

The Educator can be un-selected by Left Clicking on the Check Box to the Left of the Educator Code.

Multiple Educators can also be allocated by selecting more than one Educator in the List Box.

As can be seen the system also gives an indication that multiple Educators were selected.

The user Saves the changes to the Default Educator by selecting the Save button (
